Yesterday for cooking class we made short bread cookies. I worked along with Angelica and Roman. The recipe was simple, butter, icing sugar, flour, (I think there was something else but I forgot) and then you mix. We mixed it until it was soft and made into dough. We then made them into different shapes and put them in the oven. They were very soft and sweet. I hope you have enjoyed this post. Please leave a positive comment on my blog.
